Florida If-Any WC premium reduction news!

Exciting News for Florida! Minimum Premiums have been reduced for Community Association "If-Any" Workers' Compensation* in FL. Please note that the state of Florida has now added a required fee for these policies. The combined changes are lower than the previous FL Minimum Premium, offering a cost savings of $13 -$15 depending on EL limits. Effective Date: 01/01/20.

*Coverage includes board & committee members, & ALL official volunteers.
